Freelance Bridal Make-up Course

This course is the best choice of students who are looking forward to enhance their technical and practical skills to work as a professional photographic make-up artist for weddings and in an outdoor or studio environment. Designed for students who wish to branch out from the beauty industry, but unsure if they would like to commit to a full time study. With the help of this make up training students will be able to choose your own direction and commitment to the make-up industry.

All students will need to set a practical and written assessment on the last day to be competent in the unit SHBBMUP002 Design and apply make-up to be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the qualification.

Attendance:	5 week course
Course Fees:	$1350 + GST
Pre-Requisites:	Applicants must have successfully completed year 10 and be at least 16 years of age.No prior knowledge or experience is required
Course dates:	Classes will run on Thursdays 5:30pm – 9:30pm (no break)and Saturdays 9am – 6pm 1/2 hour breakover 5 consecutive weeks.*

A CJMD 21 piece professional brush roll included in the course fees. All other materials /product will be supplied by CJMD.

Requirements for lessons- Models

It is beneficial and recommended that you bring a Model with you to each lesson indicated. As this is a short intensive course, by brining in a model you can share your model with the other students that bring models. That way you have many different faces to work on over the duration of the course. It is suggested to bring in a model in the morning of the Saturday and a model for the afternoon so your model is not required for a full day. This way you will be applying the makeup to two different skin types, tones and eye shape allowing you to better understand different clientele.

WEEK THREE

DAY ONE Thursday : (No Model Required) Eyeliner, Eyebrows

DAY TWO Saturday: (Model Required) Mascara & Lash Application, Lips and Cheeks, Natural Bridal Look, Beach Bridal Look
